- Select items from our vast selection of products on our online store and click add to cart (your selected items will be available to view at any time by clicking 'cart' located at the top right of the navigation bar). When you are finished shopping click on 'cart' and follow the prompts through to checkout.
STEP 2
- Proceed through checkout using PayPal, Visa or MasterCard to pay for your purchase, GST is inclusive within our price however postage will be added before payment is made.
STEP 3
- If items are in stock then they will be shipped almost immediately, we ask that you allow 3 - 4 working days before we ship your order, so that we have enough time to check and package your items. If an item is out of stock or delayed with our supplier, then we will be in contact with you to give you options and we will try our best to resolve this issue promptly.
STEP 4
- Your order is shipped via Australia Post (Express Post) or via Couriers Please so that you promptly receive your order. We will provide you with the tracking details which can be used to track your order, we accept NO responsibility for lost orders, this is extremely rare but we recommend that if this concerns you then please let us know so that we can arrange for insurance to be added to your postage charges.
- POSTAGE costs are $16.50 inc GST (Australia Wide)
- Orders over $440 inc GST are FREE
- FREE PICK UP available from our Storage Facility in Carrum Downs, contact us to arrange a pickup time and day. We have a mobile Eftpos terminal so we are still able to accept Credit Card payments in person.

Refunds / Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase simply return it to us within 14 days of your purchase date (you will be liable for the return postage costs), in its original packaging, unopened / unused. All returns must be accompanied with the original proof of purchase. We will refund your money (less any PayPal fees that we incurred) or alternatively, we will provide you with a store credit so that you can select another item or use the credit for an artwork commission or airbrush course.
Warranty
All products at Airbrush Asylum are covered by our manufacturers warranty, usually 12 month warranty applies unless otherwise advised. All claims need to be submitted to Airbrush Asylum with the original proof of purchase, these will then be forwarded onto the respective manufacturer to determine the outcome of the claim.

We have extensive knowledge about all the products that we sell as we use them everyday to create all of our artwork, we are airbrush artists selling to airbrush artists and many other artists and industries alike. You have the opportunity to buy online or make an appointment to visit us in person and we will try our best to assist with your enquiry.
As well as our knowledge and excellent customer service, if you do happen to find the same product at a cheaper 'finalised' price then we are happy to match it.
